Welcome to a new day.
Helping women who have outgrown their old stories find the courage and inspiration to write new ones.
SERVICES
1:1 Online Coaching
Coaching is a step towards choice, a powerful tool that will help you to get clear on the uniqueness of you: your values, your purpose, and your impact. Through supportive, collaborative exploration with me via Google Meet, we work on recognizing and trusting your most resonant story: the one that celebrates your individuality and honors your authenticity. From this place of certainty and confidence, you can begin to take intentional action towards creating a life of meaning and purpose.
1:1 Equine Assisted Coaching
Equine assisted coaching uses guided activities with horses to help you understand yourself better. Horses give immediate, nonjudgmental feedback during hands-on exercises, which helps you see patterns, try new behaviors, and learn new skills. This experiential practice helps us become more clear, grounded, self-aware, and confident. Through partnering with horses, we work on articulating old stories, communication, unconditional acceptance, and trust. This is a creative, experiential process. And so powerful. I can’t wait to share it with you. All work is unmounted; no prior horse experience required.
Workshops
Workshops are a wonderful way to join a community, explore connection and relational topics (either with self or the horses), and partner with a herd of horses in a safe and supportive environment. I am a co-founder of the Equine Assisted Coaching program at Forward Stride, a PATH certified barn whose mission is to enhance quality of life through equine-assisted services. All workshops are interactive and fun. Share stories, learn from others, and create connections. All work is unmounted; no prior horse experience required.
All workshops at this time are through Forward Stride in Beaverton, OR.
Hi, I’m Kristin.
I’m a Growth and Recovery Coach, dedicated to helping you find your story.
The stories we tell ourselves matter. They inform our beliefs about who we are, what we want, and how we live. Some stories are passed down to us by others, an inheritance we may not have chosen had we been able to. Some are learned over time and through experience. Some come from within us as if they had always been there, intuition that may sound like a whisper or feel like truth. No matter the source, our stories are deeply personal, often unconscious, and an ever-present guide. They help us navigate the world and our place in it by connecting us to a sense of identity.
Some stories are self-fulfilling. They are the source of dreams, goals, and a sense of purpose. Other stories are self-limiting. When we hold on to stories that no longer serve us, we may feel stuck, dissatisfied, out of alignment, or filled with a sense of longing.
As solid and significant as they can feel, stories are just perspectives. That’s where choice comes in.
It’s never too late to start writing anew. You have so much more yet to discover.
That’s the spirit of New Equidae: A shift in perspective accompanies every new day. New possibilities are illuminated by the morning light.
Your new day is here. How will you spend it?
